Really good service and hospitality… I had a problem with the wheels on my suitcase; I went to go on my tour of Pisa and, whilst I was there, to buy some spare parts, and the staff let me fix them in the shop… I’m really grateful for that. 🙌🫶

Easy to get to from the station, and therefore from the airport too. Straightforward process. Everything was perfect. I would choose the same provider again.
