De meneer die onze bagage ophaalde was erg efficiënt en vriendelijk. Helaas was de locatie in de e-mail verkeerd en hadden we problemen om de juiste winkel te vinden. Ik raad aan om maps te gebruiken en het adres direct vanaf daar in te voeren.

De opslagplaats is erg dicht bij het station en de mensen die het runnen waren erg vriendelijk en efficiënt. Onze tas was veilig opgeborgen en het brengen en halen was handig en flexibel. Ik was ook erg onder de indruk van het feit dat iemand mijn sms-vraag beantwoordde om 22.00 uur op een zondagavond! Het enige probleem was dat de Google-kaart in de bevestigingsmail een andere locatie aangaf dan het daadwerkelijke adres, dus we hebben 20 minuten verspild door rondjes te lopen met een zware tas op zoek naar de plek. We vroegen bij het hotel waar de kaart ons naartoe bracht en ze zeiden dat we de tweede persoon die week waren die daar opdook. Uiteindelijk vonden we het door het adres in Google maps in te voeren en het was maar 2 minuten van het station. Ik denk dat het belangrijk is om dit uit te zoeken (en duidelijk te maken dat de verplichte verzekeringspremie wordt toegevoegd aan de uiteindelijke prijs). Omdat alles zo goed werkte behalve de routebeschrijving, zou ik deze service graag opnieuw gebruiken nu ik weet waar het is.

The storage place is very close to the station and the people running it were very friendly and efficient. Our bag was safely stored and drop off and pick up was convenient and flexible. I was very impressed that someone answered my text query at 10pm on a Sunday night too! The only problem was that the Google map in the confirmation email shows a different location to the actual address so we wasted 20 minutes going round in circles with a heavy bag looking for the place. We asked at the hotel the map took us too and they said we were the second person that week to turn up there. In the end we found it by putting the street address into Google maps and it was only 2 minutes from the station. I think it's important to sort this out ( and make it clear that compulsory insurance premium will be added to final price). Since everything worked so well apart from directions, I'd happily use this service again now I know where it is.

We gebruikten radical storage voor onze tassen, de bevestigingsmail stuurde me naar de verkeerde plek als je op de routebeschrijving klikt omdat er 2 radical storage rond het station zijn, maar uiteindelijk vonden we het via het adres en google maps. De man die de winkel runde was erg aardig en efficiënt, maar voor 27 euro voor een paar uur voor 4 kleine rugzakken voelde het niet zo veilig omdat de tassen gewoon op een rek achter de hoofd winkeldeur stonden, niet opgesloten in een kast of veilige ruimte, wat ik wel verwachtte.

Used radical storage for our bags, the confirmation email sent me to the wrong place when you click on the directions link as there are 2 radical storages around the station, but we found it in the end via the address and google maps. Man running the shop was very nice and efficient but for 27 euros for a couple of hours for 4 small rucksacks it did not feel that safe as the bags were just on a rack behind the main shop door, not locked away in a cupboard or safe space which is what I expected
