Good service. Secure. But it was hard to find location on maps.

Il signore che ci ha ritirato i bagagli è stato molto efficiente e gentile. Purtroppo la posizione mandata nell'e-mail è sbagliata e abbiamo avuto problemi nel trovare il negozio giusto. Consiglio di usare maps e inserire direttamente l'indirizzo da lì.

The storage place is very close to the station and the people running it were very friendly and efficient. Our bag was safely stored and drop off and pick up was convenient and flexible. I was very impressed that someone answered my text query at 10pm on a Sunday night too! The only problem was that the Google map in the confirmation email shows a different location to the actual address so we wasted 20 minutes going round in circles with a heavy bag looking for the place. We asked at the hotel the map took us too and they said we were the second person that week to turn up there. In the end we found it by putting the street address into Google maps and it was only 2 minutes from the station. I think it's important to sort this out ( and make it clear that compulsory insurance premium will be added to final price). Since everything worked so well apart from directions, I'd happily use this service again now I know where it is.

Used radical storage for our bags, the confirmation email sent me to the wrong place when you click on the directions link as there are 2 radical storages around the station, but we found it in the end via the address and google maps. Man running the shop was very nice and efficient but for 27 euros for a couple of hours for 4 small rucksacks it did not feel that safe as the bags were just on a rack behind the main shop door, not locked away in a cupboard or safe space which is what I expected
