Central, convenient location and friendly host. Booking process was quick and easy. Only downside was that the hotel did not have an elevator and check in was on the 2nd floor which was tough to lift heavy bags - otherwise, would definitely book again!

I accidentally booked the wrong time slot on the app, but the customer service team were quick to respond to my email and corrected the information. The drop off was a small cafe, a local business. The guy was really friendly and helpful. Our two suitcases were left in the corner in a staff only area. It ticked all the boxes for us and would use again
