便利なロケーションとフレンドリーなホスト。予約手続きも迅速で簡単でした。唯一の欠点は、ホテルにエレベーターがなく、チェックインが2階だったので、重い荷物を持ち上げるのが大変だったことです！

Central, convenient location and friendly host. Booking process was quick and easy. Only downside was that the hotel did not have an elevator and check in was on the 2nd floor which was tough to lift heavy bags - otherwise, would definitely book again!

丁寧な対応、親切。注意：現地では眼鏡ケースは売っていませんが、眼鏡店に持っていけば、バッグや財布を預かってくれます。

Accueil agréable, bien fait, sans aucun souci. Attention, ce ne sont pas des casiers dans un local, mais il faut vous diriger au magasin d'optique, ils vous garderont votre sac ou valise.

アプリで間違えて時間帯を予約してしまったのですが、カスタマーサービスチームが迅速にメールで対応してくれて、情報を訂正してくれました。ドロップオフは地元の小さなカフェだった。おじさんは本当にフレンドリーで親切だった。私たちの2つのスーツケースは、スタッフ専用エリアの隅に置かれていた。また利用したいと思います。

I accidentally booked the wrong time slot on the app, but the customer service team were quick to respond to my email and corrected the information. The drop off was a small cafe, a local business. The guy was really friendly and helpful. Our two suitcases were left in the corner in a staff only area. It ticked all the boxes for us and would use again

Perfect bag storage. Easy to drop off and pick up. The only issue being the app directs you to T1 not T2.
