The customer service was good, so we dropped them off promptly and popped across the street to El Prado. We reclaimed all our items when we wanted them, and everything was safe.

The staff are really attentive and friendly; the only downside is that there are loads of stairs and no lift, hahaha – I really struggled with my suitcases, hahahaha... It’s right next to the train and bus station :) It would be nice if they were open for longer, though...
