We found ourselves in a real pinch when we checked out of our hotel in Palm Desert and the hotel in Palm Springs who we prearranged to store our bags there declined to provide that service when we got on site. Thankfully this service was available and we were greeted warmly and our bags were well cared for and we were then able to spend several more relaxing hours before our flight left in the evening.
