没有任何标识表明店铺编号，也没有说明这里是您的仓储场所。那天热得要命，要是不用四处打听“9号店在哪”，我们就省了不少麻烦。这只是个简单的改动，但对顾客来说却非常有效。这个方案是“Lost Grading”公司设计的。

Nothing to indicate the shop number & or that it was a storage facility for you. Red hot day so we could have done without having to walk around asking which shop is number 9. Simple change but would very effective for customers. Lost grading devised that.

I stored my luggage at this facility near the Hull Train Station when I was spending a few hours around the Hull City Centre, and it was incredibly convenient. Dropping off the luggage took less than five minutes.

Once I found the location, I was satisfied with the experience. However, I think there is a lack of information prior to and after booking. There was no address, just a map which had the luggage storage facility located near Timpson’s. We found Timpson’s - and Dr Marten’s, and Tui - but the staff there had no idea where the luggage storage facility was! It turned out to be in an electronics shop (one that fixes mobile phones, laptops, etc.) though there was no signage to indicate this. Once we found the location, everything was fine ????
