場所がわかってからは満足でした。しかし、予約前と予約後の情報が不足していると思います。住所はなく、ティンプソンの近くにある荷物預かり施設と書かれた地図があるだけだった。私たちはティンプソンズ、ドクターマーチン、Tuiを見つけたが、そこのスタッフは荷物預かり所の場所を知らなかった！看板はなかったが、電気店（携帯電話やノートパソコンなどを修理する店）の中にあることがわかった。場所さえ分かれば、すべてうまくいきました😊。

Once I found the location, I was satisfied with the experience. However, I think there is a lack of information prior to and after booking. There was no address, just a map which had the luggage storage facility located near Timpson’s. We found Timpson’s - and Dr Marten’s, and Tui - but the staff there had no idea where the luggage storage facility was! It turned out to be in an electronics shop (one that fixes mobile phones, laptops, etc.) though there was no signage to indicate this. Once we found the location, everything was fine 😊

サービスもよく、店員も親切だが、名前の通り駅ではなく、携帯ショップの中にあるので見つけにくい。

Good service and friendly staff but hard to find as it's in a mobile shop, not the railway station as the name implies
