The staff member who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. He carried our bag up the stairs because it was very heavy. Excellent service, and I 100% recommend using this service.

It is located at the second floor. You have to walk up stairs. Not easy to find. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location was on second floor up steep curving staircase. It was challenging for me as a senior. However, the owner was quick to help me carry the heaviest suitcase up. The price seemed high for just storing baggage in an unlocked room, but not in a heavy traffic area. I appreciated a photo being taken of our bags. The owner cared and even offered me a coffee. Location was close to our accommodation and close to metro.

非常简单，Joker的工作人员很友好，也很乐于助人 :) 这其实不算严格意义上的寄存柜，只需把行李交给柜台后面的工作人员即可。比其他汽车站的寄存柜便宜多了。

Very easy, staff at Joker were friendly and helpful :) it’s not a locker as such, just hand in your luggage behind the counter. Much cheaper than the other bus station lockers.
