The staff member who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. He carried our bag up the stairs because it was very heavy. Excellent service, and I 100% recommend using this service.

It is located at the second floor. You have to walk up stairs. Not easy to find. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Location was on second floor up steep curving staircase. It was challenging for me as a senior. However, the owner was quick to help me carry the heaviest suitcase up. The price seemed high for just storing baggage in an unlocked room, but not in a heavy traffic area. I appreciated a photo being taken of our bags. The owner cared and even offered me a coffee. Location was close to our accommodation and close to metro.
