The service was good and the guy was very helpful, with 3 caveats: 1. I entered the wrong place. There was no mentioning of Radical Storage outside that coffeeshop. Funny story: there's a bakery next to this coffeeshop and one of the customers told me that the place I'm looking for is the next street. I did not listen to her, which was a good decision. When I came back to pick up the luggage, that same customer was at the coffeeshop, probably completely oblivious to the Radical Storage place just 3 meters from her. 2. It would have been nice to get a different code for every luggages, as well as the pictures taken of them by email or message.

They were fantastic! The guy was incredibly friendly and welcoming.
