Storage location was convenient enough, booking was simple. Staff were friendly. However, I wouldn't book again due to safety aspect. Bags are tagged and then we were brought upstairs to drop them off. Room was full of other bags. Door could only be opened when the card was scanned. I asked if it's only staff that comes up and it was confirmed. However, when I came to collect my bag I was given the swipe card and was told to go upstairs to pick up the bag (myself). 网上预订和支付都很方便。从我们乘坐的游轮出发，步行约 15 分钟即可到达酒店，酒店工作人员非常友好，乐于助人。行李寄存服务让我们可以在白天游览的里雅斯特，晚上乘火车离开。

Was easy to make and pay for the reservation online. The location was about a 15 minute easy flat walk from our cruise ship and the staff were very nice and helpful. The luggage storage option allowed us to see Trieste throughout the day and leave via train in the evening.
