It went smoothly but there were some stairs to bring the luggage up and for that reason I might have not chosen it if I knew. I think the price should also reflect the conditions of storage or have equally good places. Also the insurances should be optional.

Storage location is convenient, the price is standard. The staff did not tagged our luggage, it is placed in a some kind of office room. When we went back to take it, the staff just let us in the room to pick it up on our own, which made us worried for the safety of storage.
