Very convenient and quick for drop-off and collection, open 24 hours a day. Lockable luggage storage room. It would have been better if the staff had checked the collection more carefully, as I had to do it myself using the self-service option

The service was okay, except when we arrived to collect the bags the door was locked even though we arrived earlier and tried to reach out to the manager for 10mins, at the end they let us in, so overall - service okay, but not that great of an experience.

Everything went smoothly and easily, although I do think there should be more of a security system - when we came to claim the bags the lady at the entrance did not check anything, so it felt like anyone can enter and claim anyone’s bag.
