My experience is still going. Beto was VERY helpful when we arrived early at his shop to drop off our bags. He was very helpful. On our return, Our flight to Ushuaia was cancelled due to a hurricane in Buenos Aires so we haven't been able to pick up our 2 suitcases yet. I am in contact with them and working out how to get them back to Canada. They have been super helpful, and I would reccommend them to anyone who needs luggage storage in Ushuaia.
