Staff was friendly but when I came to pick up my bags the bags were in the front room while the staff were in a room further back in the store. They could have easily stored the bags in the back room which would have been more appropriate. Thankfully everything was still there.

Quick and easy to drop off and pick up our luggage. The man at the shop was really nice, and he stored our stuff in the back room, which looked secure. The store was also pretty close to Den Haag Centraal!
