Store (repair to go) was fine. Not all the staff there were familiar with the Radical Storage system (actually only one), otherwise the process was uncomplicated. Confirmation for the delivery of our luggage was not issued. However, everything went smoothly when we picked it up. COSTS: 13.90 € per prepayment for 3 hours is very expensive. You pay the daily rate even though you only use it for a few hours and it closes at 6pm + 1 hour lunch break. CLOSE at the main station 3 €/ 24 h!!!

Laden (Repair to go) war in Ordnung. Nicht alle Mitarbeiter dort waren in das System von Radical Storage eingearbeitet (eigentlich nur einer).Abwicklung ansonsten unkompliziert. Bestätigung für die Einlieferung unseres Gepäcks wurde nicht ausgegeben. Bei der Abholung hat dann aber alles geklappt. KOSTEN: 13,90 € per Vorkasse für 3 Stunden ist sehr teuer. Man bezahlt Tagespreis obwohl nur wenige Stunden Nutzung und um 18 Uhr Ladenschluss + 1 Stunde Mittagspause. SCHLIESSFACH am HBF 3 €/ 24 h!!
