I popped in to collect a parcel from this collection point and had to leave my shopping and the parcel behind so I could go somewhere else, so I thought it would be a brilliant idea to leave them there to collect later. The lady on duty was friendly and kind; even though I didn’t speak Spanish, she helped me. I highly recommend it.

It was a quick transaction. I collected it earlier than the agreed time, and asked via the app if I could drop it off 10 minutes before the scheduled collection time (as it can only be on the hour or half past) and they told me that was fine. I left it at a tobacconist’s on the corner next to the train station (the one by the roundabout) in Cartagena.
