When we arrived on time, we stood in front of a locked door for at least 20 minutes with the message that the lady would be back in 5 minutes!
When the lady came, she was very unmotivated, there was no excuse, the lady was also rude! We had to stow the luggage ourselves, even when picking it up we went into the storage room unaccompanied and would have had access to all the luggage, my rucksack was no longer in the same place as I had put it when I picked it up!
Als wir pünktlich ankamen, standen wir mind. 20min vor verschlossener Türe mit dem Hinweis, dass die Dame in 5min zurück sei!
Als die Dame dann kam, war sie sehr unmotiviert, es gab keine Entschuldigung, die Dame war zudem unhöfflich! Die Gepäckstücke mussten selber verstaut werden, auch beim Abholen ging wir ohne Begleitung in den Abstellraum und hätten Zugriff auf alle Gepäckstücke gehabt, mein Rucksack war bei der Abholung nicht mehr am gleichen Ort wie ich ihn hingelegt hatte!
