Location hotel very close to Termini, in a few minutes I did everything. Only downside was the fact that the site shows a discount for members of Trenitalia's x-go program but when booking the discount code was not accepted.

Posizione hotel vicinissimo a Termini, in pochi minuti ho fatto tutto. Unica pecca il fatto che sul sito viene indicato uno sconto per gli iscritti al programma x-go di Trenitalia ma al momento di prenotare non veniva accettato il codice sconto.

Process was so easy! Dropped my family’s luggage off here for a few days and picked up. Simply just scanned the QR code when dropping off and picking up luggage. Pricing was very fair and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome !
