Very friendly, professional store owner - felt safe and secure dropping off luggage. Also a useful store for mail services, printing/xerox, etc! The only issue was that they did not conclude the checkout after I retrieved luggage, so I got a message from Radical Storage saying I had gone over my time and would have to pay more. I was able to resolve that quickly through Support, and it seems like a very harmless, innocent mistake by the store. Would recommend!

The staff at this bar were nice. Everything went perfectly. They didn't ask to scan the QR code either upon arrival or when we picked up our luggage. Our luggage was stored in a storage room, where they quickly made room for it.
Nettes Personal in dieser Bar. Es hat alles bestens geklappt. Sie wollten den QR-CODE weder bei Ankunft noch bei der Abholung scannen. Ablage war in einem Lagerraum, wo sie schnell Platz frei geräumt haben für unser Gepäck.
