We made the reservation and paid for it but the storage place was unavailable. We were not notified prior to and it is taking forever to get our refund.

Easy to book, easy to access - however would not use again as on the 2nd day we used this the member of staff just let us pick up our suitcase out of the stored (standing to the side of the desk) bags. He did not ask for our QR code or name or anything. We could have been anyone and could have taken any bag there. This did not feel secure.

Since I was in a foreign country where I wasn’t used to the system, it was a bit confusing to unlock the entrance to the designated storage location (the hotel). Dropping off and picking up my luggage went smoothly, and the staff member was very pleasant. I was about 20 minutes late for pickup, so I received a notification via the app about a potential surcharge. I contacted them via chat, and was relieved to learn that no surcharge would be applied. I’d like to thank the staff member who assisted me via chat. It seems one of the reasons for the delay was that the notification confirming the pickup had not been received by the system administration department. In the future, it would be best to schedule appointments with plenty of time to spare and not hesitate to contact customer support via chat if you have any questions or concerns.

指定した保管場所（ホテル）の入口解錠が慣れない外国ゆえわかりにくかった。預け入れと引き取りはスムーズにでき、スタッフも好感が持てる人だった。２０分程引き取り時間に遅れたため、アプリから追徴の通知が届いたのでチャットで相談したところ、追徴は発生しないことがわかり安心した。チャット対応いただいたスタッフに感謝する。原因の一つとして、引き取り完了の通知がシステム管理部門に届いていなかったらしい。今後は予約時間は余裕を以て設定し、疑問や不審があれば遠慮無くチャットで相談すると良いだろう。

All went well, but I think the system could be improved. The luggage was stored openly in the hotel reception area under CCTV. Although the staff kindly moved my luggage to a locked room when I asked, I would have preferred this by default. Luggage should also be tagged to prevent mix-ups. Overall, everything went smoothly, but I didn't feel entirely comfortable - great concept, but the execution felt somewhat too casual for the price.
