The drop off location is somewhat close to the Orvieto train station, but it's an uphill slog if you don't have a car. The attendant was friendly, but the location is essentially just a garage. Too bad there isn't a location much closer to the train station...or at the top of the funicular in the historic part of Orvieto. I would not recommend this unless you need a place to hold your bag for 5+ hours.

Easy to get to from train station, 4 min walk up a steep hill was manageable for the wife and I, kids carrying luggage would be rough. Friendly staff, that was available at scheduled drop off and pick up time.

Little sketchy seeming, It’s just this dudes house. And it’s pretty steep, would be tough with lots of bags or a family. But by the end my bags were stored no problem so I can’t complain too much.

This service was greatly appreciated so we didn’t have to drag our luggage around the city! The owner was so nice to let me stay and wait for the rest of my family as there was a mishap with the train we came in on. I so appreciate that!!! A bit of a hike up a hill but well worth it, they are so nice there and bags are definitely secured!
