We had luggage storage booked here and arrived at our scheduled time to find the place closed, with no explanation and no answer when we called. Left us stuck with our bags and no plan, which was pretty stressful. Disappointing experience for a service we’d paid for and were relying on. Wouldn’t recommend.

Très mauvaise expérience. L’employé a été extrêmement agressif et irrespectueux. Il s’est mis à crier sur moi, est sorti de derrière son comptoir et s’est approché de moi en levant les mains d’une manière très intimidante. J’étais avec mon fils, qui a eu très peur de son comportement. Nous nous sommes sentis en insécurité et avons préféré partir sans utiliser le service. Un tel comportement est totalement inacceptable envers des clients. J’espère que la direction prendra cette situation au sérieux afin que cela ne se reproduise plus.

Once found (if there was signage - we did not see it) the service was way far better than the surroundings would have suggested. In fact the chap we dealt with was superb. Not having to lug a load of luggage around Nice for a day before we went to the airport was well worth 20 euros.

If you have time and want to put your bags down in the center, it's ok. We didn't get the best welcome, but the main thing is to put your bags down, so it's ok. On the other hand, it's a dingy place with a nauseating smell to get to. It's best to breathe through your mouth. In short, it's a bit expensive just to put our luggage on top of each other.

Si vous avez le temps et voulez poser vos sacs dans le centre c’est ok. Nous avons pas eu le meilleur accueil mais le principal étant de poser nos sacs c’est bon. Lieu en revanche miteux avec des odeurs nauséabondes pour y arriver. Respirez par la bouche c’est mieux En bref un peu cher pour simplement poser les bagages entassés les uns sur les autres.
