The sign for Radical Storage was outside the pizza store next door so we initially went to the wrong place.
There's no way to know it's actually in a gift store.
Bags are left out, not secured.
Nothing was put on the luggage to indicate that it was ours - there's a QR code in the app but nothing pasted to the physical bag...so when we came to pick it up 3 hours later, it was there, but we could've taken someone else's bag (accidentally or on purpose). This is a shit system, open to abuse.

Location was a souvenir shop, close to theaters and open until 11 so I could pick my bags up after a show. Would recommend!

This was easy and a great location. When I came back to pickup my luggage, the guy (different person then when dropped off) asked for the email with their address. He didn't scan the code nor ask me to identify my luggage. He sent me back to grab it. I would think a name tag on the luggage and an ID would be a better security practice.
