i booked the flexible option bc i wasn’t sure when i’d be able to pick my luggage back up and it worked out perfectly, i dropped my luggage off at 10am and picked it back up at 6:30pm that same night after a successful day of strolling the city, it was definitely worth the price and a huge relief that i knew my luggage was safe and taken care off. especially because the staff was super foreigner and queer friendly and very kind to me and my girlfriend
