The service worked, although at first it was intimidating not being native Italian speakers. There were no problems, but in future I will stick with the traditional station service.

Very useful and easy to use. A stone's throw from the station and with many tram and bus stops in front. The guy was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.
