The entire experience was pretty good except that the address should read Manchester Shop/Post Office. I didn't locate the building soon enough but thankfully someone had posted a review about the location being a Post Office. The google location point should be corrected. The store handled my luggage excellently.

Very well located for Manchester Victoria train station and Shudehill Interchange bus station. Drop off and pick up was very quick and easy. Secure storage in the back of the store. The staff are very friendly and courteous. I was only surprised that the online code was not scanned and supplemented with a photo of the luggage. Thank you very much!

Sehr gut gelegen zum Bahnhof Manchester Victoria sowie zum Busbahnhof Shudehill Interchange. Abgabe und Abholung gingen sehr schnell und problemlos. Sichere Lagerung im Hinterraum des Ladens. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gewundert hat mich nur, dass der Online-Code nicht eingelesen und mit einem Foto der Gepäckstücke ergänzt wurde. Vielen Dank!

The people were lovely, friendly and helpful. My granddaughters feet were hurting her so we asked them if she could change her footware and put them into the suitcase while we did more shopping. They obliged and we're absolutely fine with it. I would definitely use them again.
