Worked fine! A bit scary when you discover you have to drop your luggages to a souvenir shop manager but, again, worked fine and we got back our luggages no problem at all!

Worked fine. The only spooky thing is to know the storage location only AFTER you booked. We were a bit afraid to drop our luggages in...a souvenir shop! But the manager was nice and we got our luggages back no problem at the end of the afternoon.

I arrived in Madrid on December 8 and being a holiday the owner of the little store told me that it would close at 5 p.m. but this was not stated on the website so it created an inconvenience for me and besides I paid the price in full!
