This was a well-worth thing to do and if everything in England was this easy, we would all be happier people. It was cheap and efficient. The shop was about two mins walk, just outside the station I gave my bag to the man at the shop. He scanned our barcode on the app, put a ticket/label on it and asked us to take a photo of that. He told us what time they closed - late evening - and we left. At the end of the day, my friend went and collected it, easy peasy lemon squeezee.

It looks like a little family business. Our suitcases were ready to pick up, when we came at the time we said. Important: Check, if the opening hours work out with your pick up time.
