The shop is within easy walking distance for everyone, and the staff were very friendly and flexible about the collection time. The whole process was very straightforward.

Relatively straight forward booking our luggage online, choosing the desired time period. Easy to have our luggage secured with individual identity tags with QR code and number when we arrived at the storage location. Retrieving luggage was fuss free, and the shop keeper was pleasant to deal with. Reasonably near Victoria station but not inside the station building itself. Easier to find if you walked right through the station and onto Wilton Road, then take Hudson's Pl and onto Bridge Pl, there's a sign outside the shop.

Exactly what we were hoping for. We drop off our luggage. We take a photo of the labels on the various bags. We come back later to collect them, show these photos, and pick up our luggage. All for less than half the price charged at the station, and just 300 metres from the station itself.
