While location was convenient, customer service was very lacking. The various staff that attended to me were all very gruff & unfriendly. With alternative options available nearby, at the same price, would choose another vendor with better customer service

It is not a warehouse as indicated, and the suitcases are exposed to the public. They are in a good location but I wouldn't hire them again. The staff are very friendly.

The place allowed us to visit London (we only had one day to do it!) without our suitcases and bulky bags. The staff were friendly and helpful. You should be aware, however, that luggage is not stored in a locked locker. They can be anywhere in the little store. However, in order to retrieve it, you have to show the photos taken at the depot, with a numbered tag, which confirms that it's really yours!

L’endroit nous a permis de visiter Londres (nous n’avions qu’une seule journée pour le faire !) sans nos valises et sacs encombrants. Les employés étaient accueillants et serviables. Il faut par contre savoir que les bagages ne sont pas rangés dans un casier barré. Ils peuvent être un peu partout dans la petite boutique. Par contre afin de les récupérer, on doit montrer leurs photos prises, au dépôt, avec une étiquette numérotée ce qui confirmer qu’ils sont bien à nous !
