Shop, just off Oxford street was super convenient for us. The member of staff in shop dealt with our hand over of case in a friendly efficient manner. He explained the procedure and everything went very smoothly. Have used this service in many cities and have never had an issue, would highly recommend this service and this drop off point, would use this shop again.
