Booking process through the app was super-easy and quick. direction to the storage facilities very accurate and collection was also smooth. I have used Radical storage in London several times and will definitely do in the future!!!

The storage place was easy to find. However, I thought they were lockers that could be locked with a code or a key. Our bags were certainly in a safe place, as they were guarded by the staff, but I would have liked them to be locked by a code. The staff were very friendly and understanding, reassuring us that it was safe, which is a good point. The price was reasonable for one day and 4 bags: 20 pounds.
