Great location near the British Museum. Have your QR code ready to show to the attendant and take photos of your luggage to help them identify it when you collect it.

Bel emplacement près du British Museum. Ayez en main votre code QR pour le présenter à la personne et prendre des photos de vos bagages pour aider la personne à bien les reconnaître au moment de les récupérer.

Great service! Right by the British Museum!

Me and a friend booked a large locker through the website, and they confirmed the order. Then, when we got to the locker, they told us large lockers were not available so we had to leave our luggages and backpacks in the office. We were a bit unsure because it didn’t feel very safe compared to a closed locker. We picked up our luggage at the end of the day, and everything was fine. Just wish they would have told us before… since we paid £10 for a large locker and didn’t get one… Good location and open 24/7

Sending the package was easy—I just had to show the booking confirmation. Then I had to take a photo of the package for tracking purposes. An employee at the convenience store took the package to the storage facility. The process was quick and easy.

A csomag megőrzés ügyintézése egyszerű volt. A csomag leadása és felvétele gördülékeny.

Do cinque stelle perché tutto è andato bene, buon deposito. Al check in siamo stati trattati abbastanza male la persona che ci ha accolto era molto scocciata e nervosa, al check out invece c'era una persona molto più gentile ed accogliente che addirittura ci ha aiutato a portare i bagagli fuori.

The storage room itself seems secure—behind two code-protected doors. However, the check-in process was poor. The staff only took a photo of my booking code and asked me to take a photo of my own bags, without providing any check-in confirmation. When I picked up my luggage, they barely looked at the photo and even tried to give me someone else’s bags. My pickup wasn’t recorded either, resulting in an incorrect £20 charge, which customer support quickly resolved.
