We booked storage room, where the at the right time and the girl in the store simply told us that it was full (well simply, she didn’t speak any other language than polish and we used translate). We had to go to another cafe of them, which wasn’t too far (8min walk I guess), but very inconvenient for us. I think it is crazy if you book & already pay and show up at the right time that there is no space for you. Not using this app again.
