A very friendly gentleman who took our suitcases. The mobile phone/souvenir shop opens at 10 am and is very easy to find if you enter the underground station by the Alster, right next to the sightseeing boats and the tourist information office, next to Café Mio. There is a lift and a staircase leading there.

Sehr freundlicher Herr, der unsere Koffer entgegengenommen hat. Der Handy/Souvenirshop öffnet um 10 Uhr und ist super zu finden, wenn man die U-Bahn-Station an der Alster direkt bei den Ausflugsbooten/der Touristeninfo neben dem Café Mio betritt. Ein Aufzug und eine Treppe führen dorthin.
