Our luggage was still there at the end, but at this hotel it is simply stored in the stairwell and not locked away.
Unser Gepäck war am Ende noch da, es wird bei diesem Hotel aber einfach im Treppenhaus und nicht extra abgeschlossen gelagert.

I’m writing this review even though we didn’t end up using the luggage storage service, as we had to cancel our trip beforehand. I’m still giving it 5 stars, though, because the refund was processed without any hassle. One word: brilliant.
Meine Rezension erstelle ich ohne dass es zur Gepäckaufbewahrung gekommen ist, weil wir unsere Reise vorher absagen mussten. Die 5 Sterne gibt es dennoch, weil die Geldrückerstattung ohne Komplikationen geklappt hat. Eine KI- ein Wort.
