The member of staff at the drop-off point didn’t seem very clued up, but we were able to leave our luggage there and got it back a few hours later, even though it hadn’t been properly ‘checked in’. There was nothing valuable in it; if that had been the case, I wouldn’t have felt comfortable leaving it there. Perhaps all the staff could do with some further training.

Der Mitarbeiter bei der Annahme kannte sich nicht gut aus,aber wir konnten unser Gepäck dalassen und haben es nach ein paar Stunden wieder zurückbekommen, obwohl es nicht richtig "eingecheckt" war. Es war nichts wertvolles dabei; wäre das anders gewesen,hätte ich kein gutes Gefühl bei der Abgabe gehabt. Vielleicht nochmal alle Angestellten einweisen.

Totally uncomplicated, I would do it again at any time. I was expecting a locker like at the station, but you leave your things in a kiosk. You are told to take a photo of the bag on site in case another employee is there later. Collection also went smoothly. I think it's great ????????

Total unkompliziert, würde ich jederzeit wieder machen. Ich habe ein Schließfach wie am Bahnhof erwartet, aber man gibt seine Sachen in einem Kiosk ab. Vor Ort wird noch gesagt man soll ein Foto von der Tasche machen, falls später ein anderer Mitarbeiter vor Ort ist. Abholung lief auch reibungslos. Ich finds super ????????
