Great! I booked through the app and it was really easy to drop off and collect my bags. The luggage storage is located in a shop that also offers other services that are really useful for tourists. The staff member was really friendly.

Very easy to find once you realize that the Luggage Storage is AT the Cathedral! So, you just have to use the left stairs and enter a brown door. Very pleasant experience! Staff also!

Despite the area initially giving the impression of being a bit dodgy – more of a run-down red-light district – we were very pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent, the lady on site was extremely helpful, and the location was very central. We would definitely leave our luggage there again. Thank you very much!

Trotz des anfänglich wenig vertrauenswürdigen Eindrucks der Umgebung – eher ein etwas schäbigeres Rotlichtviertel – wurden wir äußerst positiv überrascht. Der Service war hervorragend, die Dame vor Ort überaus zuvorkommend und die Lage sehr zentral. Wir würden unser Gepäck jederzeit wieder dort deponieren. Vielen Dank!

A brilliant idea and service – no need to lug your luggage around Naples whilst waiting for the train. I left mine at the Cannabis Store near Piazza Municipio; the staff were friendly and helpful, and drop-off and collection were lightning-fast. A great location... really convenient
