The Guest Services are located on the lower level at the end of the shopping centre, this is where you leave your luggage. The cost is actually £6.75 because there is a £1.75 insurance charge from the company Radical Storage which you cannot cancel, so it isn't actually £5. The staff are very helpful within Guest Services, thanks for your help today.
