Lots of stairs, narrow staircase, no lockable cupboard, but otherwise it was fine. It's right across from the train station, easy to find. Baggage drop off and pick up was 1-2 minutes.

Unfriendly and unhelpful. It was a hotel but didn’t seem very secure. The first door is not locked and luggage is not locked away. It is just left in a room at the back of the hotel.

Very convenient and we'll located storage space. The only reason why I didn't given 5 stars is because the elevator doesn't work so I had to carry 40kg up the narrow stairs.

Great service with easy access to the train station. Only slight downfall was the elevator was out of order and we had to carry our cases up a flight of stairs. Otherwise brilliant!
