The storage facility was pleasant and welcoming. They should also consider offering an hourly rate; otherwise, it was fine. The booking process was basically simple, but a bit challenging on a mobile phone because not all the information appeared when searching, and it was easy to accidentally book the wrong spot. Other than that, customer support was very helpful with making changes.

Oppbevaringsstedet var hyggelig og imøtekommende. Burde også vurdere timepris også, ellers greit. Baggage was left in an open area, it was not tagged and any person would be able to pick it up. The only thing done by the staff was reading the QR code. The railway station has lockers which is a safer and cheaper option.
