Fantastic service 👏. Was on a night out and need to drop my backpack off. 10/10

Staff were friendly and took our luggage, put tags on them and took them upstairs. When we returned later on in the afternoon, they went upstairs to get our cases. Service was good, although a little bit pricey especially with the insurance fee.

Personel was unaware of number of language left. No app in use, bit chaotic.

So easy and staff were lovely and helpful

Overall it was good. Staff was a bit annoyed about getting our bags because the shop was busy and we were running late for our train
