The service was acceptable, and we did receive our luggage. However, the location had no sign indicating it was a Radical Storage point. It turned out to be a cannabis gift shop, and communication with the staff was difficult, which felt uncomfortable before a flight. A clear sign would improve trust. Support was responsive and confirmed we were at the correct place.
