It started off rather confusingly. The luggage storage is in a sushi restaurant. We’d booked a slot and arrived at the agreed time. There was no one there and the restaurant was closed. By chance, someone came out and rang a member of staff. She sorted it out and we were able to leave our luggage. The luggage was simply left inside the restaurant. Picking it up went smoothly.
Begon erg verwarrend.

We’ve used Radical Storage for almost two years and have consistently had great experiences — cost‑effective options, convenient locations just a short walk away, and friendly staff. Our time in Antwerp was generally positive as well, though the drop‑off point listed in the app didn’t match the actual location. After a bit of confusion, a neighboring business kindly pointed us in the right direction.

Well, when we arrived the restaurant was closed. We called the phone number indicated but the guy never came to open. Kids from the restaurant owner opened us… Come on guys, it’s super irresponsible to let them do this… I don’t understand, we felt very bad for them, it’s absolutely not their role…

Currently outside the restaurant to drop off our bags. It's closed and we booked a slot at 10:30 this morning while the restaurant opens at 12:00. Would not recommend. Luckily you can easily change the drop-off location
