Very friendly and helpful!

Booking experience, price, and interaction with the staff was all great. Location was ok. It was a 16 min walk from union station. I was expecting the location to be within 5 min walk based on its icon on the map. Of course after I learned the location was 16 min away, there was no way to cancel or get a refund, so I went with the booking. As mentioned all other things were great and the staff was very friendly so I'm happy to give this a 5 star visit. Just beware it is 16 min from union station

The store personnel is super helpful and attentive. Would help if there's some signal or poster outside.

Pretty smooth. Location is easy to find and. convenient. The clerk was so kind and familiar, the less you expected when it comes to trust your belongings. Price is a steal, no doubt.

The price was great, especially compared to storage at Union station. Finding the store to drop off our luggage was difficult. The store was further away from the station than e expected.

This was a safe, efficient and clean way to to store out luggage near our AirB&B both going and coming. The price was right. I highly recommend.
