Great experience! The location was convenient, easy to reach by train, and well connected to the airport. At first, I was a little unsure because I wasn’t expecting the luggage storage to be inside a liquor store, but everything went smoothly. The staff was very friendly, the process was quick, and my luggage was kept safe. I would definitely use it again!

Booking experience, price, and interaction with the staff was all great. Location was ok. It was a 16 min walk from union station. I was expecting the location to be within 5 min walk based on its icon on the map. Of course after I learned the location was 16 min away, there was no way to cancel or get a refund, so I went with the booking. As mentioned all other things were great and the staff was very friendly so I'm happy to give this a 5 star visit. Just beware it is 16 min from union station

The store personnel is super helpful and attentive. Would help if there's some signal or poster outside.

Pretty smooth. Location is easy to find and. convenient. The clerk was so kind and familiar, the less you expected when it comes to trust your belongings. Price is a steal, no doubt.
