湖景区 - 贝尔蒙特站 行李寄存

Location was a little tricky to find, it is by a Japanese and Hawaiian cafe. The GPS tried to take be to the back of the building in the alley. Host was super nice though! She runs a salon.

Good experience

The location is excellent—close to the Jackson 'L' station on most of the lines in the downtown, and the shop has good hours. It allowed us to see more and make it out to the airport without backtracking. The storefront has a locked front door with buzzer. Our luggage stayed behind the counter, but in the open.

Great customer service!

The Angel who offered the service was conveniently located right across the street from our AirBnb. Incredibly friendly and such an easy transaction! Love that our host recommended this service for our last day after check-out so we could continue to explore the city until our late flight. Will definitely be on the lookout for this service in the future!

Dropped off 4 bags at 11am on a Sunday after our AirBnB host recommended the service. I found a location about a mile from Wrigleyville. It was a little odd that we were dropping off bags in a restaurant and that the staff were collecting our bags. But, the young lady at the counter knew what to do and was very quick and professional/personable about it. Came back that evening to get the bags and everything worked out smoothly! Highly recommend!
