预订并付款后，我们得到了 qr 码，但到了酒店后，他们却没有预订记录，于是我要求他们取消代码，但他们说他们不能取消代码，因为他们没有扫描仪，有代码也没多大用，然后说我们仍然可以留下行李，但可能要在取行李时再付款，不过这已经被取消了。

Booked and paid got qr code when we got to hotel they had no record of the booking so I asked them to skan the code but they said they were una le to skan it because they had no scanner not much point having a code then said we could still leave bags but will probably have to pay again on collection however that was waved

Nice experience, the stuff was helpful and the process was quick and easy. It was hard to find the location as there were no signs or arrows.

It is a bit hard to find (located somewhere within the lobby of Cuento Hotel with no signs outside), but otherwise, exactly as described, you reserve online and store your stuff. Checkin and checkout very fast, would recommend.

This is a great service indeed, didn’t even know it exists, everything went smooth from reserving to the real operation .. so efficient .. price was great in istanbul .. hotel where the service is offered is close to taksim airport bus station .. I’m super satisfied to find such a service since sometimes after checkout travellers can’t keep their luggage where they stay .. so this is life saving for late night flights.. Recommended
